We had a great trip over, no turbulence to speak of and even though there were many babies and young children there was relatively no crying.  The weather was cold but absolutely gorgeous.  It is only about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Toulouse, on excellent 4 lane (2 each way) roads. 

We were all SO tired by the time we reached Colorado -- the name of his place (it reminds one of Colorado, USA) -- that each one of us slept in this morning.

It's hard to believe I am actually here in Egletons (the picture is a shot of one of the streets that look out onto the mountain range).  I have already been in town with Bob (Colorado is about a mile and a half from town).  My ears are adjusting to hearing french.  I certainly am not going to let niece, nephew, brother or sister-in-law too far out of my sight.  It has been a long time since French 101.

This will be fairly short today since I am still adjusting to the time change.
